You have the right to request deletion of all data associated with your use of DateGuard at any time. We make this process simple and transparent.
Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Delete My Data" and include any identifying information (such as the email you used).
Note: Since facial images are never stored (they are processed in real time and permanently deleted during the liveness check), there is nothing to delete on that front.
Data deletion is completed within 30 days of your request. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
After deletion, we retain only anonymized, aggregate analytics data (no personally identifiable information) and any records required by law. No personal data or verification results are kept.
