DateGuard uses advanced liveness detection powered by Facia.ai. A quick selfie confirms you are a real person. Your photo is used only for the check and is deleted immediately afterward.
Yes. We use encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Selfie images are never stored. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You can request data deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. All personal data is permanently erased within 30 days of your request. See our Data Deletion page for more details.
Make sure you have granted camera permission to DateGuard in your device Settings. On iOS, go to Settings > DateGuard > Camera and ensure it is enabled. Then restart the app and try again.
